Shiyami Sivasubramaniam energizes every room she walks into. A vibrant and active mother, wife, and community member, she seems to be "aging backwards" thanks to diverse hobbies and is deeply engaged in her family life.

But, she hasn't always felt this way. 

Something was off, and she knew it. Her balance, appetite, and energy were shifting, and the lack of answers was discouraging.
