Directions
IMSMP is located on the west side of midtown Manhattan at 521 West 57th Street, between 10th and 11th avenues.
By Bus
- M11 (uptown) to Tenth Avenue and W59th Street
- M11 (downtown) to Ninth Avenue and W59th Street
- M57 (cross-town) to W57th Street and Tenth Avenue
- M104 (Broadway line) to Columbus Circle (Broadway bet W58th St. & W60th St.)
Parking
- Public parking garage on north side of W59th St between Ninth and Tenth Aves. Additional parking garages located on W58th Street (eastbound) and W60th Street (westbound) between Columbus Circle and Ninth Avenue and on W59th Street (westbound) between Tenth and Eleventh Aves.
- Additionally, we have a New York City Department of Transportation designated pick-up and drop-off parking space at the front entrance of our building for our patients to utilize.

By Car
- West Side Highway (Henry Hudson Parkway) to 57th St. exit.
By Subway
- A, B, C, D, or 1 train to Columbus Circle (59th St.) at the intersection of Broadway and Eighth Avenue
From South New Jersey
- Take Lincoln Tunnel, veer left to 42nd St. and take northbound Tenth Ave (one way) to 57thSt. Turn left onto 57th St
From North New Jersey
- Take GWB to West Side Highway downtown and exit at West 57th St
