International and out-of-state patients will have their accommodations arranged by a dedicated staff member, and we will make sure your trip is as efficient as possible.

 

FAQ

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

No worries! We understand that life happens and schedules can change. While we do not currently charge any sort of cancelation fee, letting us know as soon as possible about scheduling conflicts makes it easiest for us to offer you an alternative appointment date, as our physicians’ schedules tend to book up well in advance. Please feel free to give us a call so we can efficiently handle your scheduling needs. We’re here to help!

Can you get test results or information from my prior doctor?

Yes. After your initial consultation and with your permission, we can request your medical records, including test results, from your previous doctor. You will need to complete a medical records release form, which we’re happy to provide. From there, we’ll coordinate directly with your former provider to obtain the necessary information. Please note that in some cases, especially if you had a hospital stay, it may be faster for you to request the records directly although we are still happy to assist with the process.
