What’s the difference between Dietetics and Naturopathic Medicine?

A Registered Dietitian (RD) specializes in medical nutrition therapy and food science related to patient care. They help develop meal-planning and dietary strategies with a focus on nutrition education.

A Naturopathic Doctor (ND) specializes in holistic patient care including physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. They develop treatment protocols that may include dietary changes, supplements, and herbal medicine.

Will you give me a meal plan?

If it makes sense for your specific situation, and is something you're interested in! Every patient is different, and no one receives "cookie cutter" guidance.

I have food allergies/intolerances. Can you still work with me?

Of course! We have experience working with vegetarian, vegan, kosher, and GF patients as well as those with any variety of food allergies/intolerances or textural needs.
