2018 Physical Therapy Goals

People with MS should start now to set PT goals for activities they want to accomplish in the Spring and Summer of 2018. Starting with a steady physical therapy and supplemental wellness program increases the likelihood of reaching those goals. It is not recommended to start the year with excessive PT sessions "to jump start." One PT session per week, supplemental wellness activities, and a structured home exercise program is the recipe for success for most people with MS!
