Patients travel from around the globe for the one on one experience at the IMSMP, where a team of expertly trained healthcare professionals provide an unparalleled level of care to our patients. Our mission is to provide the best care in the world for people with Multiple Sclerosis. By transforming denial into awareness, anger into determination, and despair into hope, we help them take back their lives. The IMSMP is unique in the breadth of services we offer. We have four full-time, board-certified neurologists, exclusively devoted to the management of neuro-immunological disorders. Other physicians with a range of specialties, including urology, urogynecology, orthopedics, pain management, neurosurgery and hematology, operate clinics within our practice at various times throughout the month. In addition, a full-time naturopathic doctor is available, who complements your neurologist’s treatment with supplements, diet, exercise and other wellness techniques.

• Having physical therapy, social work and a cognitive division within our center, not only allows for convenient comprehensive care, but facilitates true multi-disciplinary evaluation and communication between departments.
